Reiki for pregnancy

Service Description

I have had a few Mummas recently ask for Reiki with their pregnancy massage - so I have decided to offer this as a complete service. This is ideal for those you who would like to try a whole session of Reiki rather than massage. Or of course perhaps you'd like to toggle between the two during your self care as you progress through pregnancy. The spiritual healing art of Reiki works by channeling positive energy into your body, with Reiki masters and practitioners typically placing their hands on or just above the affected areas of the body that need a boost, offering this energy, your body takes in the energy where most needed. The only difference here is that we have your beautiful bump to work with too. This powerful flow of positive energy may bring an immediate sensation of relief as it releases tension, lessens the impact of any stress you've accumulated during your pregnancy, eases your worries and concerns for baby and birth...negative energy is replaced with the positive. Some refer to this positive Reiki energy as the life force, and indeed it can bring that boost of energy needed to your body which is working so incredibly hard making a new little life! Please note that Reiki can be added in with massage, so if you book a 30/60 minute pregnancy massage, we can do a Zen Den mix up, some massage and some Reiki, just let me know in the notes section of your booking or on the day. 

Cancellation Policy

Please ensure you allow at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel/move your appointment - we will need to charge you if unable to fill your spot with less notice. However we are super busy and mostly able to fill last minute slots via social media, so this is just a gentle policy and will only use only if we really need to - Namaste and thank you for booking in!
