90 Minutes Indian Head Massage and Reiki

Service Description

Fully clothed and seated in a chair you will have a relaxing and uplifting massage. This is then flowed by 45 minutes of Reiki. This treatment includes the upper back, neck, shoulders, tension in this area that typically works its way up and leads to issues such as headaches and migraines. We then finish with face and head. This ancient Indian technique will assist in alleviating sinus problems, headaches, migraine, poor sleep patterns, anxiety and more. Furthermore it is said to improve the quality of hair growth by stimulating the hair follicles during the rejuvenating massage. IHM treatment is popularly combined with Reiki. Please ensure you allow at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel/move your appointment - we will need to charge you if unable to fill your spot with less notice.
