Fully clothed and seated in a chair you will have a relaxing and uplifting massage. This treatment includes the upper back, neck, shoulders, tension in this area that typically works its way up and leads to issues such as headaches and migraines. We then finish with face and head. This ancient Indian technique will assist in alleviating sinus problems, headaches, migraine, poor sleep patterns, anxiety and more. Furthermore it is said to improve the quality of hair growth by stimulating the hair follicles during the rejuvenating massage. IHM treatment is now popularly combined with a Swedish massage to follow. After the IHM you will lay on the bed to receive a body/back massage for a further 45 minutes- THIS is Bliss!! Cancellation Policy
Please ensure you allow at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel/move your appointment - we will need to charge you if unable to fill your spot with less notice.
